Jessica can be very kind but also like a mother, she wants the best for her clients and will tell you if you are in the wrong or what you can do to fix it. I can appreciate that about her and how she really does care about everyone.
She isn't your typical therapist, she's more like an old friend that you are catching up on life with and they also happen to have a lot of knowledge to better yourself, situation and mental state. She simply cares and doesn't make you feel bad for how you're feeling or what you are going through, instead she provides insight on a solution to the problem.
Now, I am not good about doing the exercise that she gives me and she will give you the mom treatment and help you in the long term to fix the root of the problem rather then saying "It's okay, maybe next week" She wants to see you try for something rather then sit and wait for your situation to change or possibly get worse.
She responds to text messages if you feel like you need someone to talk to and can often get help with daily stressors that we all face.
My girlfriend help find her for me and ended up liking her so much she became a client as well, without the two of them I would be probably like you, sitting and reading reviews not doing anything to better my life. You should do a consult and get the ball rolling in better your life too.

Jessica can be very kind but also like a mother, she wants the best for her clients and will tell you if you are in the wrong or what you can do to fix it. I can appreciate that about her and how she really does care about everyone.

It took me time to find a therapist that met my needs while also truly helping me through my trauma(s). Jessica has not only helped me to find peace within myself but also to accept the thing's I can and cannot change in life.
I am a stubborn person and don't often reach out for help regardless of the situation, Jessica takes the time to get to know YOU. You aren't just a client, she treats you like a family member but does have the means to help you with whatever may be making life a bit more difficult.
She assists as much as she can regarding financial situations, and offers advice on how to manage the stress of todays America and "hustle" life. Everyone hits a pothole in life and finds themselves deciding what's more important the bills or my mental health, often we put ourselves on the back burner and forget about our needs. Thanks to Jessica I have found that there can be a balance as long as you are willing to learn what works for you.
Thank you Jessica, for being you and being the most kind person I've met in my life. I will continue to see her for as long as possible, I recommend her to friends and family and complete strangers. She truly does care and that's a hard thing to find nowadays. Read Less

She truly is one of a kind! She has become my safe place and someone I can go to that will help guide me in the right direction. Jess has been so supportive and informative helping me through various traumas and PTSD. My life is in a better place because of her, I couldn't imagine where I would be without her help. From day one, I could tell she was/is very passionate about her work and really is out there to help people. I have never felt like just another patient or a dollar sign. She has helped guide me through my previous family trauma and my self-esteem issues. The process of finding a therapist you feel safe and comfortable with can often take time, but it is so worth it. Jessica not only makes me feel safe and comfortable, but she advocates for me in so many other ways too. I feel so seen, heard, and understood every time we meet. Although trauma is something that takes time to heal, Jessica has helped provide me with tools to establish boundaries with family so that I can focus on myself and my own happiness first. Now I feel good even when I don't see her for a couple of weeks. I know that things are getting better when I am excited to share all the positive changes in my life. Read Less
