Southern Grace is a place to feel known and understood. It is of utmost importance that all who enter my office feel and know that without a doubt, they are my world for the time we are together. Therapy is about having the desire for change; what we’ve done, been through, or where we come from is just a piece of our life’s story; it doesn’t have to be our whole story. I understand that moving through our discomfort can at times, feel unbearable and impossible. With self-compassion and patience, I believe all wounds can be healed.
